Cancellation Policy is as follows:

30 Day notice = Full refund of your deposit

If your deposit was made with a credit card, there will be a $10 cancellation fee to cover the cost of what the credit card companies charge us.

Otherwise you will get a refund of your deposit if we can rent your Cottage, RV site or Toy for the same time you had your reservation.

If we can not rent your Cottage, RV site or Toy, we will honor your deposit if you reschedule the same year.

Otherwise deposits are non-refundable.
